We are happy to exchange any product that is faulty or damaged.

If you receive a faulty or broken product, please CONTACT US within 3 days of receiving the item.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of any products that has been opened, used or due to “change of mind”.

If an item is missing in your order or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll rectify the error.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us with at least 1 photograph showing the damaged product along with the packaging, within 3 days of receiving it.

We need photographs that clearly show how the order arrived (showing the leakage on the packaging), the contents from the inside of the product and a photograph that shows the demarcation of the contents from the outside of the product. Any Emails we receive requesting resolutions after 76 hours of delivery or without any evidence will be rendered false.

We encourage customers to carefully select their products using our website as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
